Lyah was found by a down-on-their-luck Gridanian couple as an infant, and raised as their own. From a young age, they dreamed of odd things that they would later come to realize were prophetic visions of possible futures. After losing their adoptive parents during the calamity, Lyah begins adventuring—later joining the scions—to chase these dreams, find their meanings, and prevent these would-be futures when needed.Their body is covered in runic scars from an unknown source that they refuse to speak of. The scars seem magic in nature, and despite their age at times still seem angry and unhealed. Whatever they are, it has corrupted their ability to use magic—resulting in their white magic being more harmful than beneficial, and their black magic strangely able to heal.

PERSONALITY
Lyah is an exceedingly generous and caring individual; always appearing to have never-ending patience for anyone in need or less well-off than others. They always find coin to spare, or time to help.
Having grown up in poverty, Lyah greatly appreciates the finer things in life, but will reluctantly live simply and minimally when necessary.
They have an attitude at times, only with people who have slighted them or their dear friends, and are also quite prone to gossiping.
When in battle, they have an almost frighteningly calm demeanor—shutting off any emotions they may feel and simply doing what must be done, they'd be lying if they said they didn't feel at least a little satisfaction in the carnage they can create, a trait which causes immense guilt that weighs on them often.
EXTRA/FUN FACTS
Lyah has the mark of Azem in their white eye! As of now, they have no idea what this symbol means, or that it's of any significance at all.
The wings on the sides of their head are very expressive, and are an excellent tell for their emotions when they try to hide or cover up how they're feeling!
They had... complicated feelings for Zenos. On one hand, they were undeniably attracted to him. On the other, they wanted nothing more than to have his head on a pike.
